Central Moloney Relocates Corporate Headquarters to North Little Rock, Reaffirms Long-Term Commitment and Major Investment in Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff, AR | June 3, 2026

Central Moloney, LLC (CMI), one of North America’s leading manufacturers of distribution transformers, transformer components, and wildlife protection products, announced today that it is relocating its corporate headquarters to North Little Rock while continuing to expand and invest in its manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff.

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Central Moloney is making a significant capital investment of approximately $8 million to $10 million at its Pine Bluff facilities to increase production capacity for three-phase pad-mounted transformers and support the nation’s growing demand for electrical infrastructure.

The company’s new corporate headquarters will be located at 5020 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock. The move will centralize executive and corporate functions in a more accessible regional location, enhancing the company’s ability to recruit top talent, support future growth initiatives, and host customers and business partners visiting Arkansas.

Manufacturing operations will remain firmly rooted in Pine Bluff at the company’s facilities located at 2400 West Sixth Avenue and 5500 Jefferson Parkway, which continue to serve as the backbone of Central Moloney’s operations.

“Central Moloney is all in on Arkansas and is doubling down on Pine Bluff,” said Chris Hart, President/CEO of Central Moloney. “Our manufacturing facilities in Pine Bluff are the heart of our business, and we are making one of the largest capital investments in our company’s history right here in the community. The decision to relocate our corporate headquarters reflects the next phase of our growth. We have simply outgrown our existing office footprint in Pine Bluff and need additional space and resources to support our expanding operations across North America.”

Hart emphasized that the headquarters relocation does not involve moving manufacturing jobs or production out of Pine Bluff.

“Our commitment to Pine Bluff remains stronger than ever,” Hart said. “This community has been Central Moloney’s home for more than 75 years, and we are continuing to invest in its future. The headquarters move allows us to better support our growth while maintaining Pine Bluff as our primary manufacturing hub.”
